Peter Gresham

|
Peter is the founder and director of Urbecon Ltd and co-founder
of the Urbecon Crime and Community Safety Unit (UCU). He has twenty years' consultancy experience and previously served as
a local authority chief officer and as an advisor at the National Economic Development Office.

Roger leads work on Urbecon's economic development services
He has five years' consultancy experience and has run projects
concerning employment policy, training schemes, neighbourhood renewal schemes, business liaison and evaluation
of large-scale area investments. He has previously worked as research manager of a learning and skills council and as head
of research for a trade association.

Roger Morfey

Phil is an acknowledged expert in inward investment
promotion, having served as chief economic development officer in two local authorities and head of inward investment for
a regional development agency before pursuing a consultancy career. He recently carried Urbecon's flag in Slovakia for a year,
but also found time to work with Peter Gresham investigating recycling industries in the UK.

Gavin Jones

|
An engineer by training with extensive private sector management
experience, Gavin is Urbecon's expert on transitional economies. He has spent over ten years working in eastern Europe and
the far east on a wide range of economic development and re-structuring programmes for such diverse agencies as the European
Commission and the United Nations.

Natasha joined Urbecon as a research consultant in 2006, having completed
her Master's degree in the London School of Economics and Political Science. She
brings sound data collection and analysis skills and contributes to all areas of the company’s
work. Natasha has worked on a project examining cross-boundary offending in south-west London
and has worked on the design and development of a statistically-based crime performance monitoring
system.
