Statistical analysis informs strategy development
During the early part of
2006, Urbecon's Peter Gresham has been examining shifts in output and employment between industrial and commercial sectors
throughout the Dorset sub-region for the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole Economic Partnership. This assignment tracked changes
over a five-year period in the nine Broad Industrial Groups and in fourteen `priority economic sectors' selected by the Partnership.
The resulting Report is now being used by the Partnership to help formulate a revised economic strategy. The report
